2-Component Thixotropic Epoxy Adhesive & Repair Mortar.
Overview
KingRep 30 is a two-component solvent-free epoxy adhesive and repair mortar, designed principally for use in construction and renovation work. The lightweight graded filler system along with thixotropic additives, allows repairs for high build applications particularly in vertical and overhead situations. When used in conjunction with either KingFloor Primer S the product provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials. When finished correctly, KingRep 30 provides an impermeable layer with good resistance to abrasion, weathering and chemical attack. KingRep 30 will cure in damp conditions and has a strength that exceeds normal concrete strength. KingRep 30 can be supplied in a grey color to match existing concrete substrates. KingRep 30 application areas include, repairs to spalled in-situ concrete columns, soffits, lintels, gutters, stone, and precast units.

Usage & Packaging
KingRep 30 is available in 10 kg pack size comprising resin base and hardener component. KingFloor Primer S is available in 5 kg packs comprising resin base and hardener. Horizontally: 3 – 50 mm in a single layer. Vertically: 3 - 30 mm in subsequent layer
KingRep 30: 9 litre/10 kg packs. KingFloor Primer S: 5.0 m²/kg.
Shelf life is 1 year when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight and protected from extremes of temperature
