Overview
KingSeal AG100 is a one-part, general purpose acrylic sealant which can be used internally or externally. It cures on exposure to the atmosphere to form a flexible sealant. KingSeal AG100 does not need primer when applied to concrete stone, marble and aluminum surfaces.
Applications
- KingSeal AG100 is used for sealing joints in the building industry in many applications such as:
- Concrete, wood, anodized aluminum, blockwork, marble and natural stone
- Around windows and door frames
- Cladding panels
- Galvanized metal sheets
- Ducts
- Also it can be used as an adhesive to fix light weight building materials (Adhesion test is recommended before use)

| VOC | < 50 g/ltr Cut off cartridge top, cut nozzle to required size, attach the nozzle to the cartridge. Extrude the sealant firmly against the joint surfaces to ensure complete contact. Tool the sealant into the joint to compact and achieve a good surface finish. Tool within 10 minutes after sealant is applied. It is recommended to use masking tape on each side of the joint to maintain clean and uniform joint sides. Remove the masking tape directly after tooling the sealant. REMARKS KingSeal AG100 is not recommended for joints subjected to limited movements or for joints subjected to water splashing. | — |

KingSeal AG100 is available in 600 ml cartridges. SEALANT QUANTITY ESTIMATOR 3 mm minimum. 25 mm maximum. Half the joint width.
Storage
Shelf life is 1 year when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight and protected from extremes of temperature
