Evaporation control compound for concrete.
Overview
KINGKURE 100EC is a concentrated, water based polymer liquid which controls the evaporation rate from fresh concrete. KINGKURE 100EC forms a thin continuous monomolecular film when applied to fresh concrete surfaces, which temporarily reduces rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface.
Applications
- KINGKURE 100EC is used mainly for fresh concrete to retain sufficient moisture and control the evaporation rate so that it will minimize the problem of rapid drying in high temperatures and low humidity and windy conditions
- Typical applications include:
- Plain concrete
- Reinforced concrete
- Silica-fume concrete
- Cementitious floor hardeners (after screeding)

Usage & Packaging
KINGKURE 100EC is available in 25 litre pails and 210 litre drums.
The recommended coverage rate for diluted solution (10 to 1) is 5 - 10 m²/litre.
Shelf life is 1 year when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight and protected from extremes of temperature
