KingKure 100A^®

KingKure 100A is a single component, acrylic resin based, coating designed to impregnate concrete surfaces combining the benefits of a curing aid and hardener. KingKure 100A is designed to overcome drawbacks of many commonly used curing membranes that tend to provide a limited service life following the curing period of new concrete. It has good abrasion resistance and is compatible with several types of coatings.

• KingKure 100A is mainly used for newly cast concrete and cementitious surfaces to retain sufficient moisture to ensure full hydration of the cement. Typical application areas include:
• High rise construction to eliminate water curing
• Runways and roads
• Roof decks
• Retaining walls
• Irrigation canals
• General floor slab and columns
• All Cement based coloured plasters

• Recoatable
• Non-degradable, single component
• Enhanced concrete durability
• Increase the surface abrasion resistant by 60%
• UV resistance
• Helps achieve concrete desired strengths
• Minimizes potential surface cracking and shrinkage
• Promotes a harder dust free surface
• Can be spray applied to reduce labor cost
• OVERCOATING KingKure 100A can be over coated with the following:
• Polymer modified cementitious paint
• Acrylic paints
• Some epoxy based coatings that are not dependable on penetration for surface bond
• Bituminous emulsion paints
• Note: consult with KINGKRETE’s Technical Department to check if a certain epoxy coating from KINGKRETE can be applied over KingKure 100A
• STANDARDS KingKure 100A complies with AASHTO M148 and ASTM C309, Type I, Class A and B
